Heather Cartwright, CMC, PMP, P.Log, CEO
Strategy & Planning Services Practice Partner
Heather is the CEO of Logixsource and Strategy and Planning Practice Services Partner. With over 25 years business experience, including seventeen years consulting to Fortune 100 organizations with CGI Group, Ernst & Young and Logixsource, Heather provides strategy, planning and program/project management services to clients and has led many transformational and operational change business and technology initiatives for clients. She has been teaching operations and supply chain strategy since 2001. She was formerly a marketing executive with Electrolux for almost ten years, and was the national Brand Manager for leading major appliance brands including Electrolux, Frigidaire, and Kenmore. Heather has been a board member of the Supply Chain Logistics Association and The Logistics Institute and Chairperson of the Women in Logistics initiative. She has a BA from York University, P.Log since 1997, a Project Management Professional since 2003 and completed CMC certification in 2005.
Scott Savage, MBA, PMP, P.Log, Partner
Program & Projects Practice Partner
Scott is Logixsource’s Program and Project Management Services Practice Partner. With over 25 years business experience, including fifteen years consulting with Fortune 100 organizations such as CGI Group, Deloitte and TELUS and the Ministry of Government Services, he has led large scale programs and project initiatives and specializes in Project Management Office implementation and management. Scott has been leading teams and teaching Project Management skills at Humber College, Durham College and Seneca College for over 20 years including Organizational Change Management, Cost Management, Resource Planning and Construction Project Management. His leadership style and ability to enable people and performance generates long term client relationships and return on investment. Scott has his MBA from Athabasca University and has been a PMP since 2003.
Andrea Davies, BA

Andrea attained a Bachelor of Arts at the University of Western Ontario and has since established a foundation of professional experience with roles in a variety of industries, including not-for-profit and business services-based organizations. She offers a wealth of skills including marketing, communications, web development and social media management. As a partner for more than a decade, Andrea has successfully owned and operated a small business allowing her to directly relate to Logixsource clients.
Tom Gibson, MASc, P.Eng, P.Log. Logixsource Associate
Operations and Supply Chain Lead
Tom is a senior strategy and supply chain logistics leader with over 25 years business experience with Fortune 100 organizations such as Bell, Rogers and Nortel and Canada Post. He has led large-scale business transformations and specializes in warehousing and transportation startups, outsourcing, program and project management. Tom is known for building “lean solutions”, high performance teams and for creating an inspirational, engaging and collaborative work environment. As a leader in multi-billion dollar companies, he has built a reputation for advancing organizations and overachieving on results. Tom holds both a bachelors and postgraduate degree in engineering from the University of Waterloo. He is a registered professional engineer PEO and has been a member of the Logistics Institute since 2000.
Judith Avery, CPA, CA, LPA, Logixsource Associate
Judith is a licensed public accountant who provides tax planning, compliance, assurance, and consultation to Logixsource and other clients in the GTA. Judith articled with a larger internal firm for five years and achieved her CA designation through KPMG. Subsequently, she worked in the Construction Industry for three years. Here, Judith was instrumental in implementing Sarbanes Oxley controls over the financial processes. Prior to completing her CA, Judith owned and operated a successful retail butcher shop and bakery for twelve years. Judith is currently a Board Member for the Halton Hills (Hydro) South West Energy Corporation, Halton Hills Community Energy Corporation Audit Committee, and the Treasurer and Board member for the Halton Hills Chamber of Commerce. Key to success is Judith’s personal commitment to clients and her ability to help drive strategic business goals into actionable operational plans that generate value.

Sandra has provided a range of accounting services and expertise for Logixsource since 2006 and provides similar services for a diverse client base. She was previously a Financial Coordinator for McMichael Canadian Art Collection for 13 years and has college certificates in both office administration and accounting with Sheridan College. She completed additional part time studies including managerial accounting, economics and tax courses at both Humber and Sheridan College. Sandra recently served as a board member on the Board of a Directors for a condominium corporation for a three year term, and volunteers for a Community Unity organization.

Peter has been a leading Governance, Risk, Regulatory and Compliance initiatives and programs professional within Capital Markets and Financial Services. He brings over twenty years of experience as a Program, Project and Portfolio professional within financial, health care and professional services industries. Peter’s banking experience in Canada includes Royal Bank of Canada (Risk Data Aggregation) and TD Bank (ITSM & ITAM). At Citigroup Inc, in New York, heavily focused on global risk management in regulatory (e.g. Dodd-Frank, Basel III, FATCA, etc.), Compliance, Anti-Money Laundry, Fraud, Operational, Reporting, Risk Data Aggregation, and IT Risk. Peter has directed global and regional risk management business for wealth, capital markets and investments. As senior health care and IT advisory expert, he has also developed, managed and implemented standards and methodologies for major high profile and complex multi-million dollar projects.

Gordon is a Business and IT Consultant with over 25 years business and IT experience. Gordon provides strategy, planning and program/project management services to clients both in the public and private sector. He has taught International Logistics, the Fundamentals of Project Management, Network Security, Computer Security, Systems Analysis and Design and Management Information Systems at the college and university level. Among his specialties are Business Processes under ITIL/ITSM and ITAM, Strategic Planning and Operational Leadership.Gordon has a diverse working background ranging from startups to international banking to the public sector. Notably, Gordon was the VP of Global Program and Project Services at CitiGroup where he set up a Global Program Management Office to provide governance and delivery services for local and global programs and projects; and while with the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care he was the Director of Operational Support where he acted as Divisional Controller for the Health Services Division.
